“My Son Joe and I met Lachy a year ago in a saxophone repair shop when Joe was 11. Joe had never had a saxophone teacher before and was incredibly nervous and very anxious of having any lessons, Lachy was made aware of this and instantly set about making Joe feel comfortable in his presence and with the idea of having lessons. Lachy understood Joe’s situation and encouraged me to sit in on lessons, until this point Joe had been playing along to various YouTube channels but we realised to progress a good teacher was now needed.
